Shipping & Returns


Shipping is free for orders over $50. All other orders ship for a flat $4.99.

All orders are shipped by Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Please note at this time we ship to the continental United States only.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the product or packaging is damaged or missing, a restocking fee may apply or the return may not be accepted. Shipping fees and perishables are non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping and the product is returned, the actual cost of the original outbound shipping may be deducted from any refund. If a return shipping fee is payable on orders that are unclaimed or refused at point of delivery, we reserve the right to deduct this amount from the total to be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (roughly 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (roughly 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Product Availability

We work to ensure that we have adequate inventory for all items. However, for clearance, sale, discontinued and end-of-the-line items, there are often limited quantities available. All sales are done on a first-come, first-served basis. If you order an item that has been discontinued or is out of stock, we will notify as soon as possible and cancel the order.
